Please read these terms carefully before using the jay baji platform. This document defines the legal relationship between you and jay baji and applies to the use of all services.
1 General Introduction
jay baji is an online betting and casino platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the use of the jay baji website, mobile app, and all related services.
By registering on the platform, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.
jay baji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on jay baji, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must have a valid mobile number and email address.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
- Only one account may be opened per person.
- Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not allowed.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
jay baji reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended or closed.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact jay baji support immediately. jay baji will not be held responsible for losses caused by third-party use.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time through support. jay baji also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice if a breach of these Terms is found. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned through the designated method.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on jay baji are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Cryptocurrency and any other methods are not accepted at this time.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal for each method is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Time
After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, funds generally reach the user's designated account within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
3.4 Transaction Verification
For unusual transactions, jay baji may temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification. If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is identified, the associated account will be blocked during the investigation.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
jay baji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.2 Other Promotional Offers
jay baji runs the following regular offers:
- jay baji Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus on eligible deposits, up to ৳5,000; 18x wagering requirement; minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable once per week.
- jay baji Cricket Special: 30% bonus before betting on any cricket event, up to ৳3,000; 15x wagering requirement; minimum deposit ৳500.
- jay baji Birthday Reward: Up to ৳1,500 reward in the registered birthday month; 10x wagering requirement.
- Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral; 12x wagering requirement.
- jay baji Weekend Reload: 25% bonus on Saturday and Sunday deposits, up to ৳4,000; 20x wagering requirement; minimum deposit ৳500.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be wagered within a set time limit; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account unless stated in the offer's terms.
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, it will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- jay baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 Validity of Bets
A successfully processed bet is considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was not recorded correctly due to a technical error. jay baji reserves the right to cancel bets processed at incorrect odds.
5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement
If a match or event is not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled time, all bets on that event will generally be considered void and the stake will be returned to users. Different rules may apply for specific events.
5.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
jay baji reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount per single bet or within a specified time period. Any amount won above the set limit may be automatically deducted.
5.4 Fraudulent Betting Prohibited
Match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
6 VIP Program
The jay baji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate starts at up to 0.3% at the Bronze tier and goes up to 1.5% at the Diamond tier.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total amount lost minus total amount won). For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
VIP tier upgrades and downgrades depend on the member's activity. jay baji reserves the right to change VIP program rules at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
7 Privacy and Data Protection
jay baji is committed to protecting users' personal information. Data collected during registration and transactions is used only for operating the service, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep users' transactions and personal information secure.
8 Responsible Gaming
jay baji believes that betting and casino games are for entertainment only and should always be played within one's means. We encourage users to stay aware of the risks of excessive play.

10 Limitation of Liability and Miscellaneous
10.1 Service Continuity
jay baji strives to maintain uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical errors, server maintenance, or third-party issues. jay baji is not obligated to provide direct compensation in such cases, but affected bets will be reviewed.
10.2 Providing Incorrect Information
If false or incorrect information is provided at the time of registration or afterwards, the account may be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
10.3 Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms will be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation where possible.
10.4 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Partial invalidity will not affect the document as a whole.
10.5 Language
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. If a translation into another language is provided, the Bengali version will take precedence in case of any dispute.
